Hi everyone, I’ve been living in Japan for almost a month now and have received a few packages from online orders with no problem. However, over the past few days two of my packages from Yamato and Japan Post suddenly aren’t able to be delivered – one says 「調査中（転居先不明）配達先が転居されているため、調査をしています。」 and the Japan Post one is being sent back to sender (差出人に返送) with no delivery attempt and no explanation. But nothing about my address has changed and I checked that it was correct. Does anyone know what might have happened or what I should do?
