How do I move money from the ordinary Paypay on my phone into Paypay money (ID already confirmed)?

Hi folks

Can someone confirm if it is or isn't possible, and how to do it if possible? I'm sure I read that it is.

I put a load of money into Paypay at the cobini, and now need to move it into Paypay money to pay a tax bill.
