Hello there, I have a dumb question.
If I want to buy a couple of reliable kitchen knives in Japan without breaking bank on them, where would I go as a tourist? Is Yodobashi a good idea for example? I can imagine there are specialty stores but I'll be honest, I cook everyday and don't want a knife that is so precious/expensive that I am scared to use it. Something reliable, easy to maintain and versatile would be really all I want. I would probably 2 or 3 (maybe a small set?).
