Itinerary Check Please! First 9 of 14 Days in November Planned

My husband and I will visit Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, and Nagano for our 10-year anniversary. I've planned the first 9 of 14 non – flight days below. I am not necessarily asking for any recs on the remaining days, I'm just using them as a reference of overall timeline. I'd love any advice on how feasible each day seems, we are seasoned travelers and regularly visit NYC as a reference to city size familiarity but this will be our first time to Asia. I'm particularly curious on your thoughts on Kyoto, it looks heavy-handed at a glance, but we are staying in Higashiyama Ward, so we will be within walking distance to several temples listed.
