Need help with terminologies for jobs

Hello japanlife's Reddit,

I need your help. I'm currently working with ハローワーク and similar companies to find a job that suits my skills, but I'm struggling to explain my profession.

Here are my questions:

  1. Instructional Design in Japan?
    • How do you refer to "Instructional Design" in Japanese? I've been talking with an employee (who also acted as a translator), and she mentioned that this job doesn't really exist in Japan yet. The closest I might find is in the field of Digital Transformation (DX). I've read that sometimes DX jobs include instructional design tasks. Is there an equivalent term, like 研修コンテンツ企画, or is that completely different?
  2. Jobs Using Articulate 360/Storyline/Rise:
    • Are there any jobs in Japan that specifically use Adobe Captivate, LMS, Articulate 360, Storyline, or Rise? I've tried searching with these keywords but haven't found many opportunities. I have applied to the few I found, but there aren't many available.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
