Tokyo Next Week

So I just found out that I'll be spending next week in Tokyo. I've never been to Asia before, so I'm quite excited, but I have a few questions!

1. If I were to buy one traditional Japanese outfit, what should it be? I'm a 30 year old single male.

2. How much is some traditional art going to cost me?

3. What should I budget daily for food? We're planning to eat very casually throughout the day, and sit down for dinner at a moderately priced restaurant.

4. What should I wear to a middle of the road sit down restaurant? What should I wear just sightseeing? What should I wear to a higher end restaurant?

5. Narita airport. I will be flying into the cargo terminal. Will it be difficult to get transportation from the freight side to my hotel? What sort of transportation options do I have?
