I’m in the middle of my 転職 process and was just offered a seishain position in a small gaishikei company. Job conditions all match my expectations, but I’ve also caught some rumors about small companies laying off their seishain.
How common is this, and should I ask the company directly about this issue? I’m engaged and me and my fiance are expecting to have children in the next few years, so an uncertain career path and sudden layoff are my biggest fear.
