Caramel Milk Kakigoori with Sweet Potato Cream


I think kakigoori has been one of the most evolving Japanese foods for this 20 years.

Shaved ice itself gets soft and furry. Sauces and add-ons get not only modestly sweet, but also elegant. Combination of flavors gets much refined. Stuffs are put in and on under consideration of texture and interaction.
