Tuesday 25th June I don't know who FUK(K) are or where they came from, but their wild and loose punk rock parties send people into a shirtless frenzy. Thursday 27th June A former staff member of era-defining indie rock/shoegaze band Kinoko Teikoku is continuing the band's legacy by organising events featuring similar-sounding artists. The next such event is a gentle acoustic show this week at Fuchi Kuchi in Shimokitazawa, one of the city's most relaxed and welcoming music bars. Friday 28th June (7pm-morning) Once in a while these insane miracle mashup events come along that bring together everything that's at the forefront of Tokyo nightlife. Electronic music, hardcore punk, and a host of DJs create a space for anyone who wants to feel something new, discover something incredible, and do it surrounded by others who want to do the same.
