If I bought a one-way discounted Skyliner eticket from Narita to Ueno from the Keisei website – do I have to exchange these for the physical ticket by going to the information counter or can I just scan the QR code in the confirmation email at one of the machines?
The info graphic on the site says to go to a counter but another graphic on the same site says you can do either. So confused…
