Can’t Decide: Social Hostel Shinjuku or Hostel in Shibuya

I'm solo traveling Japan in July and I can't figure out between two accommodation options in Tokyo. I would prefer to stay in Shibuya since I'm a 22M and that area of Tokyo seems more exciting for my personal taste in atmosphere/things to do. The Hotel Graphy or Millennials Shibuya (same hotel chain so might as well flip a coin) both look like a great options, but I have some anxiety that I might struggle meeting people. Although, the free beer is very enticing. UNPLAN Shinjuku looks like it would be perfect for me and be much more conducive to social interaction. If the place was in Shibuya, I would pick UNPLAN easily, but I'm not sure if I am comfortable with having a lot less certainty in meeting other travelers to have fun with in exchange for staying in an area I might not enjoy as much.

I would appreciate if anyone has had any experiences with these hostels could share them so I can make my decision. I'm stumped
