So I thought this BOSJ, Fujita would get pretty heavily pushed, even possibly making it to the finals. Obviously, that hasn't happened. 4 points bagged, 2-6, it looks like a pretty horrible record. But the thing is, he's had a lot of the best performances of the tournament so far, including what's probably going to end up being the best match of the block phase with Despy. He also defeated Clark Connors while Robbie defeated Drilla, so potentially we could see Fujita and Robbie as the next IWGP Junior tag champs to continue those belts being elevated after the great work TJP/Akira and Connors/Drilla did last year? So maybe they're just going to a do a slower burn with him and not push him hard out of the gate?
