Recently came back from Japan, often went to an izakaya close to my hotel. They had a dish there, cabbage leaves and a spoon of this particular dressing, tasted very zingy like vinegary garlicky and with black pepper chunks. I ate two plates of it each day, cant find the name or label as they have many similar ones. I want to recreate it based on ingridients. Thanks
