Desperate to change career and need some advice

Greetings everyone, I moved to Japan last year and since then I feel like there's no way I can break into Japanese Job Market and need some advice.
I'm from Spain, I met my wife here, she is japanese, a few years ago. At that time she was studying Spanish in uni and I was on my last year of bachelors in Economics. After I graduated I worked 1 year in sales and 1 year in Recruiting.
We got married sometime around that time and she expressed that she wanted to stay in Spain if she got a job but unfortunately she wasn't able to find and she applied to some jobs in Japan and she was actually able to join one of the largest banks so she was very excited about moving back to japan. Since we were married I decided to go with her and found a job as an English teacher and have been working for my school for about an year. Even though I love Japan and really see myself living here for the rest of my life, I cannot find a way to change careers. Since I arrived I've been studying japanese every day and can communicate with my coworkers but in a very basic way. I would say my level is low N3. I came to Japan thinking I could work in HR/Recruiting or Sales but I found out it's not that easy to get a job without the japanese fluency. I'm very desperate to change careers, I have no idea what else I can do. I have been applying to many jobs and gone on a lot of interviews but all I got was "sorry we are only hiring new grads or people with at least 3 years of experience in the field" or "sorry, japanese fluency is mandatory." I don't know what else I can do. I would like to work in HR/recruiting or sales preferably, but I'm open to work in other business related fields. Can anyone give me some advice? I already tried contacting recruiters on linked in and headhunters, many different websites and applying directly to companies. I really don't want to be a teacher forever, it's not for me.
