I am looking to renew my JP driving license and I am kinda lost. I read on the internet that they are supposed to send a postcard for renewal but I never got it. Can I go to the driving center without it? Also if you know the address of a driving center in Tokyo for renewal that would be much appreciated! TIA

And is the address on your license correct?
You need to take the postcard to renew your license. Is your address the same as on the license? I renewed last week and they asked for the postcard immediately.
If you are just renewing you can go the large police office, 🤔 which is written on the postcard. 🤔
You don’t need the postcard. I renewed my license recently by just going to the driving center within 2 months of it expiring. That would be 1 month before or after your birthday.
