I am traveling to Kinosaki in November for the first time & am looking for specific recommendations for Ryokans. There will be 3 of us total staying in 1 room with a budget of up to $500 USD per person for 1 night.
We are all big foodies, so a kaiseki meal with Tajima Beef & Matsuba crab is a must. An in room bath is a nice to have, but not a deal breaker.
My short list includes Kawaguchiya Riverside Hotel (or there seems to be a 2nd location that appears to be located more central in the town), Yamamotoya, or Tajimaya. Would love anyone's feedback who has stayed at any of these ryokans, or alternatively, if you have a recommendation that isn't one I have listed.
