If it were not for the oppressive summer weather, I would completely agree with Osaka.
Although, I don’t how seriously I can take a list that ranks Vancouver, Sydney, and Melbourne in the top 7. A couple of weeks ago these cities ranked as some as the most unaffordable in the world. Sydney (2), Vancouver (3), Melbourne (7)
Lol yet within Japan, Osaka is considered to be some of the worst places to live.
What kind of joke it is Hongkong, Singapore? Did they only ask to the bank owners?
I wonder what’s the common ground out of all of those
I really loved living in the Osaka area and there’s a lot to like for cost, neighborhoods, transportation options, food, nightlife, attractions, and access to other nearby cities like Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, etc. Although I think the biggest mark against Osaka should be it’s lack of Greenery. Unless you live near the mountains surrounding Osaka I remember feeling a bit depressed about the sheer amount of people and concrete with not many parks/ greenery and if there was a park, they tend to just be dusty and pathetic compared to parks in America and elsewhere. Also Osaka didn’t really have the same level of opportunities as the Kanto area, especially for foreign workers.
