I am currently registered in Chiba as a resident. Planning to apply for a Gaimen Kirikae in Chiba. But will transfer to Tokyo end of July and register there as a resident. Can I continue my driver's license application in Chiba? Or I need to restart from the beginning once I transfer to Tokyo next month?
