IF so, how much did it cost? I knew I had a small one on my back, right by a shoulderblade. What I didn’t realize was just how big its gotten. Not often I crane my neck to look at my back. I only looked again because I saw some blood on a t-shirt. Look at hwere it wasandlooked in the mirror. Because of its position and how I sleep, on my back, its getting jostled a bit while I sleep, I guess.

Yes. I got 2 burned with liquid nitrogen. They scabbed and fell off a few days later. I don’t remember the exact cost, but it was something like ¥1000-¥2000.
A dermatologist (皮膚科) should be able to do it, and it won’t cost much if you have health insurance (maybe ¥1500?). Usually they can take walk-ins as well.
Depending on the shape and size, you can remove it yourself by tying it up with a hair to cut blood flow. In your case, someone would have to help you.
If you’re insured, it’ll cost about Â¥1000 at a dermatologist. The most difficult part of your visit will be having to fill out the patient information form. When you actually get to the doctor, you can just point.
I’ve had several removed. It’s not expensive because they can do a whole bunch at the same time on health insurance with liquid nitrogen.
If you’re in Tokyo I recommend this place. The doctor is fluent in Japanese English and Chinese
