Can you haggle/negotiate the price of the camera/lens you want to sell at Kitamura?

After they assess the items you want to sell at Kitamura (カメラのキタムラ), is it possible to haggle/negotiate the price so that they pay you more, other than providing receipts of another store that offered a higher price?

I know selling on Mercari would be better, but I'm not looking into selling on Mercari at this time.
