Going Scuba Diving in July, thinking of doing Izu Oceanic Park, Atami, or Hayakawa. Contacted lots of clubs by email, no replies. Any recommendations?

I contacted 10 separate clubs I found on GMaps or PADI to go scuba in 6 or 7 of July, but no replies. Maybe because it was in english? Should I re-send everything in japanese and hope we can communicate on the weekend in person?

Do you recommend any clubs or schools that could rent gear+guide around those areas? Or other diving spots?
