USJ Shows, ryokan and other questions

During our first week of travel in Japan, my friends and I will be in Kyoto and Osaka. The Second week, we'll go to Tokyo. I'm trying to get my itinerary checked, though I'm having trouble, but I also have some extra questions:

  1. During out time in Osaka, we'll be going to USJ. My friends are One Piece fans and would like to see the permanent show, however, I can't find where to buy the tickets. It's not in the extras when buying studio passes (nor do we know if our cards will work or if we'll have to go through Klook). Any ideas where to find these? Or is it a "get to the park early and spam the app" kinda deal?
  2. In the same vein, if some restaurants are reservation-only at USJ, where do we get those? Again, they're One Piece fans, and though I don't know if the restaurants will be themed for One Piece when we go, I want to ask in case that they are.
  3. Since we're going from Osaka to Nara to Tokyo, we'd like to not be carrying around our luggage. Do you have any recommendations on services to transport our luggage from Osaka back to Tokyo? Is it better to send the bags in the morning or the night before? This can be done through the hotel, correct?
  4. If Suica or pasmo cards have run out and have not been reinstated by then, is the only option for someone with an Android phone to buy each ticket individually? Two of us have iPhones, but the third person doesn't.
  5. We want to stay at a ryokan one night. It would likely be in Kyoto, during our first or second day, or we could wait until our second week, when we travel to Kawaguchiko. At this ryokan, we'd like to be able to rent private onsen. If it's not at the ryokan, that's fine, just somewhere close by. Do you think Kyoto or Kawaguchiko could be the better option? And, of course, do you have recommendations for each?
  6. We'll likely be buying the Hokuriku Arch pass for travel during the first week. Is there a website or app or something where I can check and be sure on the timetable for the Hokuriku Shinkansen and the Thunderbird? The ones I find seem unreliable or outdated. Also, I can take the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo station, is that right? Are there different Hokuriku shinkansen? I want to make sure I get the one with the least amount of stops.
