Wife can’t park without risking a ticket or breaking the bank.

Recently moved around kanagawa , but kept our son in the same English preschool near our old place. I'm back at work in my 8-5, so wife picks him up alone with baby daughter. No parking lots are open to public nearby so everyone just hazard lights on the curb when picking up their kid or making deliveries.

I suppose the distinction is no one in the car and she was held there talking to teachers too long about how naughty my son was. A police officer confronted my wife upon her return and threatened to ticket her.

Okay well there are dozens of cars doing this all over even blocking traffic in the two-lane.. What are we expected to do? We live an hour away and the nearest paid parking is 10 minutes away. English preschools are filled up around the new place.

We really gotta drop 500円 to park for less than 30 minutes every day now? Pay someone to sit in the car to pretend like they're on the phone?
