Ryokan in osaka or tokyo

For the last 2 days of my trip, I would like to stay at a ryokan and an internet Cafe. I will be spending the night in osaka then traveling to tokyo the next day and spending the night there.

So it's either a ryokan in osaka then internet cafe in toyko or the opposite.

Which is more ideal and any reccomedations for places to stay.

Ideally somewhere that is specifically within those regions and not 2 hrs away by train.
