TLDR: Is it normal to experience a rapid heartbeat, headaches, dizziness, etc. during my first encounter with a humid summer?
I recently moved to Japan (Kansai area) this year and am experiencing my first tsuyu, which is the rainy season. It is also my first time living in a humid climate. On the day the rains started, I had a terrible headache, lost my appetite, and my heart palpitated, getting difficult to breathe. Since then, I have had a slight headache every day, and climbing stairs or walking uphill makes me tired very quickly, causing my heartbeat to race.
I have never had any heart problems or other internal health issues, and my blood pressure seems to be normal. The first three months of my stay here were without any problems. I plan to see a doctor if these symptoms persist next week.
