Love the copper pot they use. Junior chef is pulling shrimp tempura out from the pot. After walking +25km in the area, we were starving and stumbled across this restaurant. Usually in the US, we dip tempura in sauce but the head chef insisted that we use salt on some of the different seafood tempura and it was delicious. In kyoto, people recommended that I try matcha salt with tempura.

In this video, the kitchen helper next to the pot gets splashed by hot oil and rubs his arm. Lol, I know that pain well.
