Osaka to Kibune day trip, what other place can I fit into it?

Hi, will be travelling from Osaka to Kibune during summer for the kawadoko river dining experience.

From my understanding, it will be a half day activity, from morning to late afternoon.

I do not know where to go after that.

Not interested in hiking to Kurama.

Not particularly interested in the classic Kyoto attractions as I this would be my third time in Kyoto.

Any idea where to go?
