English-okay hospitals for health check-up?

Hi! Just got my free health check-up slip from the city. Any idea on which Tokyo hospital is participating and okay with English-speaking person that needs to do this free check up? It includes the list of hospitals (quite a long list!) but I have no clue on which are English-okay ones (if any). Any info? Appreciate the help!
