Anyone that applied by post, how long did it take for the Vaccination passport to arrive?
Since I don’t have a ” my number card ” (only paper kind) I can only apply by post. I was instructed to inform the post office to be 速達便(express delivery) .
It depends on your city but I got mine in one week.

Mine took a little over a week; Toshima City in Tokyo
Provided a self-addressed stamped envelope and they actually bothered to handwrite “sama” next to my name, which is one of the most Japan things
Definitely depends on the area, but our experience was it arrived five days after mailing it. I think we could have also gone in person to get it faster, too.
The city where I was vaccinated sends them in a week, but I received it in slightly less than a week’s time.
