Looking for non-housing loan with 固定金利

Hi,

I plan to move in to countryside and to buy a house.

Accordingly I would need few different loans. For instance, to buy a car.

It seems that Japan has some kind of passion with 変動金利 and I cannot find 固定金利 for loans except the 住宅ローン.

Any suggestion?
