Showering and being on the Train

Hi. I live in Japan.

Sometimes people like myself do martial arts in Tokyo. Often the place doesn't have a shower. Then I have to ride the train back home (Chiba.)

Does anyone have any solution to not being sweaty on the train? How to not let the train know that I'd been doings sports?
