Buying All Souvenirs at Narita City?

Hi,

I'm just a one backpack carry-on traveler.
I'd be moving around 4 hotel accommodation on Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka route.
That's why I prefer just buying most of my souvenirs on the last day and near the airport.

Is it okay for me to buy most of my souvenirs (mostly food and Japan specific items) at Narita City? or am I missing out?

I believe there is a Don Quijote in Narita and I'm guessing they are just about the same in other Don Quijote branches. Is this assessment correct?

Normally, I do my souvenir shopping at the airport but in this case, I want to buy one medium luggage to be filled all with souvenirs and I reckon I save if I buy outside the airport rather than within the airport.

Thank you.
