So everyone was so helpful on my question about Tokyo in November and I've started booking my fights and hotels. I'll have about 5 or 6 days to do my # 1 goal of shopping!!! So question is, I'm obsessed with textiles but also the Hakone Yosegi woodworking crafts. on my last trip to Tokyo couldnt find those anywhere and now am thinking about going to Hakone on a day trip to buy a few items. I don't need to do the cruises or sightseeing so much, it's really just for shopping. Has anyone done a day trip just to the main shopping areas or is it so vast that I should spend an overnight? Thanks for any help.
