  1. くし家串猿 渋谷店. Delicious and cheap kushikatsu. Also has a bit of sentimental value cause I made a few friends there.

    The traditional izakaya vibes coupled with some of the best seafood sourced from Toyosu Market make it one of my faves.
    The dashimaki tamago (Japanese egg-roll dish), oysters, along with the Salmon Roe rice bowl with sea urchin are my recommended dishes.

  3. How has nobody mentioned Andy’s / Shin-hinomoto in Yurakucho…
    Amazing seafood, best Guinness in Tokyo if that’s your thing, the scallops and kara-age are out of this world…

    Cash only, it gets loud, and it’s always crowded, but worth it.
