Travelling to japan in a couple of days , should i be worried about the increasing number of STSS(a bacterial infection)cases ?????

I’m travelling to japan with my family on june 20th this year (so just a couple of days left) and we’ve been hearing about the increasing number of STSS (a bacterial infection)cases in japan . How concerned should we be and is it worth cancelling our trip over??
