Hiroshima okonomiyaki

I went home in May with my son and his wife. They got hooked on Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki (btw in Hiroshima, when we say okonomiyaki, this is the only way.)

Now I’m already missing home and had to make one at home. Of course not as good as what the pros make but it hit the spot.
