Is it viable moving to Japan with my profile?

Hello everyone,

Sorry if I make a mistake or something, I'm the kind of reader type and not posting one.

Well, it's been years that I wanted to live there, but recently this feeling is growing too much, so here I am asking for advice or something.
For the last year, I've been sending my CV to a few companies on Japan (Tokyo/Kyoto and the nears), japanese and mostly international, since I don't speak Japanese, but couldn't get past the 1st step of the process (it's a 1st for me)… so I'm a bit lost on how to do it and what's a thing i'm doing wrong. (btw I have a friend living in Tokyo, but she moved on with a guy there (relationship) and after that she started to work in the tourism industry and she tells me that i have an appealing profile, however what I'm seing is no answers.

PS: I'm applying to Project management and Engineering jobs and also enrolling to a japanese academy for the next year
