Hi, I’m applying for the Yunyu Kakuninsho as I will be moving to Japan for a year from the US in July. It asks for information about delivery then asks for the clinic name, address, etc. I cant find information online on how to progress without filling this out as its required. What do I do? Should I just make it up or pick a random clinic near where I’ll be staying?
