  1. When they say “foreign investors”, do they mean institutional investors, or regular jackoffs?

    If that, by a very slim chance, includes the latter, have the lot size limits been abolished for the more exciting stocks yet?

    And would foreign investors run the risk of getting locked up if they rock the boat?
