Options for Making Credit Card Payments?

Hey, Reddit! I don't use credit cards too often and I'm not finding much info elsewhere so here's the deal-

I wanna buy a new computer. Obviously, that's a big purchase so it's going on my credit card. Currently, I have an EPOS Gold card. However, splitting it into divided payments can still be dangerous for purchases over 100k. For things like these, I wish there were payment options like in the USA where you can pay anything between a monthly minimal payment (typically $35 on a basic Discover card) and the full balance.

Does anyone know…

A) If/How this be possible with my current credit card?

B) A different card worth signing up for? I'm not sure if divided payments are exclusive to EPOS, or a norm for all cards in JPN. I had also looked at The Yorobashi Gold Point Card Plus since it as 11% cashback on all purchases made in their stores.

C) A store that allows half-cash/half-credit payments.

EDIT: Since I mentioned it – if anyone knows the best time of year/store to buy gaming desktop computers and monitors on sale, (ideally in the next month b/c my current laptop is about ready to croak) it would be greatly appreciated. Preferably not second-hand, but I'm willing to listen to suggestions. I live in Saitama City, so I have easy access to Tokyo, Chiba, and Yokohama. No problem.
