Hi! Just as the title stated, I will be in Japan all throughout September and for most of October. I will be landing and departing from Narita, Tokyo.
Right now, I only know generally where I wanna go: Tokyo, Gifu, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nagano, Shizuoka, Kanagawa, Kanazawa, Yamaguchi, Kamakura. Ofc I’m open to visiting other places that you good folks of Reddit shall recommend.
I already have a few things I’m certain I want to visit, go to or do, such as Ghibli Museum, visit real-life locations from Your Name, stay for 2 weeks (give or take) at a relative’s in Nagoya, stay at a ryōkan, go to one of those free onsen you find outdoors in nature, travel the inaka etc etc etc.
I’m having trouble actually planning it all out – how do I plan the general route? What would you guys suggest for me to do? Open to literally anything, I’m on a budget, gonna be there for nearly 2 months. Help me out!
