12 hour layover in Haneda

So I’m in the vietnam airport about to fly to Haneda. I’ll arrive at 6:30 am and fly to narita airport at 5:30 pm( ok so more like 10-11 hours)
I’ve read so far that the airport itself has a lot of things to do but I wanna go outside in Japan and go around buy souvenirs and take pictures. It would be helpful if someone could give me detailed recommendations/advice!

If leaving the airport what is the best way of transportation (quick/cheap)

How long does immigration check take I’m flying with ANA. And do I have to have to have a visa for Japan to go out and explore? If not then I should assume there’s no leaving right? 🥲

If I can leave, what city should I go to? Is Tokyo nearby enough to go, and how long would it take to get there by what transportation? Any specific stores/ places to see?

Where do I leave my check in bags/boxes?

Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!!!

Edit: I did not realize both airports are extremely close to each other. My mother doesn’t update me on anything so I did not know. I apologize for the confusion I caused, but yes I am flying to Haneda then taking transportation to narita airport. At that point I do not know how many hours I have left.
