Ive recently got addicted to agar jelly desserts…
The japanese word seems to be Yokan or Wagashi?
If i want to check if a certain dessert shop has agar jelly, what should I ask for? Is it “yokan”?
Any recommendations for nice dessert shops that sell these agar jelly desserts?
Also.. i assume they are gluten-free but some agar jellys do use a bit of wheat. Suffering from gluten intolerance, im hoping i can get some rec for some good (gluten free) agar jelly shops in Kyoto (or Nara)? 🍮
