Salon for alternative hair cuts?

I'm just looking for a wolf cut, basically just some layering, because my hair is mostly this cut already.

So far I've either seen alterntive salons charging ¥10000 for a cut, or more classic salons only offering simple cuts for men & women.

Also willing to go to Osaka, if you know of any good places there.
