So I am applying for a long term irish study visa from Tokyo and I have some queries regarding the documentation and procedure. I'm getting a full scholarship which covers my fee and living expenses but the embassy website states this 'For all academic courses due to begin after 1July 2023, you must show evidence that you immediate access to at least 10,000 euros.' I emailed the embassy and their response was sending the website link to this info and asking fir a bank statement. I will email and clarify it again but does anyone have any experience for applying for a visa to a non resident country from a non resident country?
