3 Weeks with a 6 Month Old

Hi all, my wife and I are looking to travel with our 6 month old in January 2025 and would be from 22nd to February 11th approximately. I was wondering if anyone has ever done anything similar and had any advice? Especially from a logicistical point of view. We would be flying from London Heathrow as its our closest.
