Where do you guys go to buy an affordable briefcase?

I work near Shinsaibashi in Osaka and I went after work to go buy a briefcase and they were all extraordinarily expensive. Anyone have any suggestions for a decent quality briefcase? Doesn’t need to be leather or anything fancy, just good enough for a laptop and a lot of paperwork. Ideally I’d also use it for shōdo too.
