I got this au jibun bank cash card when i swithced phone carrier. It has some cash on it that they gave me as cashback reward. I can see from my phone app that it has the expected amount of cash balance.
However when I tried to cash out today at the 7-11 atm I saw that I have zero balance. Then I checked my phone app again and the balace seems to be there.
what am I missing here?
I'd deeply appreciae if anyone could help me regarding tthis.
