Not getting enough vitamins, suggested fixes?

I'm only getting one real meal(lunch) at a restaurant each day, and I need more vitamins. I can't cook since I'm mostly camping out and trying to conserve my gas, so I probably need to get a drink or smoothie to supplement my intake. Any recommendations? I'm in the Kyoto area right now, and will be heading towards Nara in a day or two
