Applying for Canadian citizenship for Japanese born child. Tips especially for document translation.

Thought I'd reach out to the collective wisdom here, in the hopes someone has gone successfully through the same or similar situation; My son, 15 and born in Japan is a Japanese national and I am a Canadian citizen. Born in Canada and passport holding. He holds a Japanese passport but I am looking to apply for citizenship and also a passport after. We live in Osaka city.

I am going through the steps on the Canadian immigration online application currently and had a few questions. Getting all the documents isn't an issue, I am just hoping someone here has used a particular translation service/photographer etc to make sure my application is error free as apart from the cost, there can be months in between failed submissions and re-applying, which I would like to avoid. Osaka/Hyogo area preferred.

Has anyone used any translation services in the Kansai area for the documents needed to apply? Can any parts of these be done digitally or do I need to bring them in to a translator?

Any tips or advice on how to successfully organize and submit these documents would be really appreciated eh!
